This qualification adheres closely to the SIA's 'Specifications for Learning and Qualifications for Close Protection Operatives.'

Prerequisites:

 

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum age of 18.

• Adequate health and fitness levels, given the course's nature.

• Provide proof of a valid Level 3 medical qualification, with the minimum accepted being First Aid at Work. (If you lack a medical qualification, certified training can be provided).

Assessment:

Assessment involves practical exercises and multiple-choice assessments. To ensure quality and evidence, some assessments will be filmed.

Certification:

Upon completion of the Highfield Level 2 Award for Close Protection Operatives in the Private Security Industry (Top-up), you will receive a certificate as proof of attendance, outlining the course's training objectives, facilitating your SIA license renewal.
